This report can be found in the Revenue Reports Menu option "F".
The Agreement Analysis Report is an analysis of Rental type agreements only. Below are the definitions of the fields on this report.
There are 3 tables in the report, RTO Agreements which is R, O and G type agreements. Lease Agreements (L type) and rent to rent (T type).
Below are the definitions for the highlighted sections on the sample report below.
Agreement Section
1). Active Cust: The number of customers with active agreements in the section.
2). Total # Agree: The number of active agreements in the section.
3). Avg Rem Mth: The average remaining months for active agreements (to convert weekly to monthly the weekly pmts are divided by 4.33).
4). Avg Mth Rate: Average monthly rate by agreement count.
5). Avg DW Bal: The average remaining balance for Damage Waiver. This is the average amount in damage waiver that would be paid when agreements are paid to term.
6). Avg Rem Bal: Average remaining balance per contract.
7). Total DW Bal: This is the total Damage Waiver that would be paid if all agreements paid to term.
8). Total Defer: This is the total revenue "lost" from moving due dates for the lifetime of all currently active agreements.
9). Total Rem Bal: This is the total remaining balance for all active agreements.
BOR Section
10). Total BOR: BOR count for all active agreements.
11). Avg Mth Rate: Average monthly rate based on BOR count (average monthly rate divided by BOR).
12). Avg DW Bal: The average remaining balance for Damage Waiver per BOR. This is the average amount in damage waiver that would be paid when agreements are paid to term divided by BOR.
13). Avg Rem Bal: Average remaining balance divided by BOR.
Rent to Rent Agreement Section (T type)
14). Total # Agree: The number of active agreements in the section.
15). Avg Rate: Average rate by agreement count.
16). Avg Wks Paid: Average weeks paid so far by agreement count. (Average rate divided by total # agreements).
