Revenue Reports Option "H"

The Performance Report is a report that summarizes revenue, BOR, Inventory, contract counts and several other data points.

This report is mostly self explanatory, below are a few notes about the figures on the report.

Monthly Potential: This is the amount you would collect in rent and open sale income if all of your active contracts paid 1 month rent. For weekly it is calculated as weekly pmt x 4.33.

Perf% Total Rental / Potential: This is the "Total Rental$" figure on the report divided by "Monthly Potential".

Perf% Rent / Potential:: This is the "Rental Income" figure on the report divided by "Monthly Potential".
